Rooted Relief is a salve meant to help soothe menstrual cramps. Made with an infused oil that is meant to help soothe tight muscles, it warms the skin, and eases swelling.
Ingredients: herbal infused olive oil (hibiscus, sage, calendula, rose petal, and spearmint), beeswax, shea butter, lavender essential oil, tea tree essential oil.
Hibiscus: softens skin and provides antioxidants to calm skin stress
Sage: relieves deep muscle spasms and warms the belly area
Calendula: calms skin irritation and helps sore tissue
Rose petal: eases tension with a soft feel and light comfort
Spearmint: cools the skin and relaxes tight, aching muscles
The best way I’ve found to use this salve is to rub the salve on the skin where you’re feeling cramps and then apply a heating pad. The heat from the pad will not only help soothe and relax your muscles but it will help the salve seep deeper into the skin, allowing for stronger results.
